Doug Dedman

Doug is our Beza S&OP thought leader, and the President of DBM Systems Ltd, the solution provider for all Beza S&OP implementations. Doug Dedman has been implementing sophisticated S&OP disciplines within world-class manufacturers since the 1990s.

Early on, Doug discovered a passion for helping customers implement real change in their organizations, avoiding run-on projects lasting years. In his roles as a consultant, project manager, and program director, Doug became well versed in S&OP implementation and was instrumental in growing the practice that we have today. Doug spent four years on the technology side of S&OP, most recently as VP of Global Services for a leading international software solutions provider for S&OP. Prior to this, Doug taught Supply Chain Management at the Conestoga College School of Business, as well as various APICS (ASCM) courses as part of their Production and Inventory Management Program.

In his spare time, Doug raises purebred Galloway cattle and continuously improves his golf swing.

Duncan McLeod

His book Sales and Operations Planning: How to Run an S&OP Process Everyone Understands has become one of the best-selling books on the subject, and he has been a frequent guest speaker at both APICS (ASCM) chapters and international conferences. In his spare time, Duncan takes to hands-on hobbies such as woodworking and aviation.
